After creating a customer account you can easily turn it into an Influbeauty account by clicking the "BECOME INFLUBEAUTY" button and filling in the data requested in the form.


How can I access the virtual office?

After you have transformed your customer account to that of influbeauty and have purchased one of the three starter kits, just click on the "LOG IN TO VIRTUAL OFFICE".


How can I change my account?

Just log into your account and select "MY PROFILE", then click on "INFORMATION" and change your details.


How can I retrieve my account credentials?

Just click on "CUSTOMER AREA", click on "HAVE YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?", enter your email and then click the "SEND" button, you will receive a temporary link to reset your password.


Giveaways and promotions

I can't apply the giveaway code

After adding your products to the cart, just click on "DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE?", enter your discount code in the appropriate field and click the "ADD" button

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

How do I track my shipment?

Once the shipment has been registered in the courier database, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number and an email and a text message from the courier. You will find the link to track the shipment also in your account in the "Order history and details" section.

Will I receive an invoice / receipt in the package?

Inside your package you will receive the tax receipt. To receive the invoice you can follow the instructions in the item below "CAN I REQUEST THE INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?".


Can I request an invoice for my order?

Yes, you can receive an invoice for your order by writing your request in the notes and entering your billing information.


Why was my order canceled?

Generally an order is canceled if, after making a purchase and choosing the bank transfer as payment method, the credit of the aforementioned transfer has not been accounted for within 3 working days from the date of issue of the order on our account.

What is Scalapay?

Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows the customer to buy in online stores and In Store, immediately receive the products and pay in 3 convenient equal installments with monthly expiration. The service has no additional costs for the customer if the installments are paid by the due date.

I made the bank transfer but the status of my order is "pending payment"

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and times

National shipments are free from orders worth € 60.00 and have a cost of € 9.00 for orders up to € 59.99 (The Republic of San Marino is included in the same rate). </ p>


The times of national shipping are between 2 and 4 working days.

Shipments to countries in the EU zone are free from orders worth €100.00 and cost €9.00 for orders up to €99.99. In Switzerland and the UK, a rate of €19.00 is applied for orders up to €199.99, after which it is free.

Attention, as regards extra-eu countries, customs taxes, if requested by the country of destination will be borne by the recipient.

The times for foreign shipping are between 5 and 10 working days.

In the event of particularly intensive periods in terms of orders (e.g. sales), processing times may be slightly longer.


How do I track my shipment?

Once the shipment has been registered in the BRT courier database, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number and an email and a text message from BRT. You will also find links to track the shipment in your account.

Tracking status is “wrong address / recipient unknown”
