1. Open the empty sachet provided in the kit.

2. Open a sachet of serum and pour the contents into the empty sachet.

3. Remove the polyamide suit from its packaging and insert it into the sachet containing the serum.

4. Now, gently press the sachet in circular motions to ensure that the suit is well soaked in the serum. Make sure all fabric is properly soaked for best results.

5. Once the suit is completely soaked, remove it from the sachet and wear it starting from the bottom and going up to the neck. The suit should adhere perfectly to the skin, allowing the serum to work effectively.

6. At this point, don the cartene suit to start the treatment. This helps keep the serum in contact with the skin and creates a sauna effect, maximizing the benefits.

7. Now relax and let the treatment work its magic for a minimum of 40 minutes. It's your time to relax and let yourself be pampered.
